Getting my divorce settled

My ex-husband is doing everything he can to avoid settling our divorce. It's so crazy because no matter what he says and does there is no way we are ever getting back together. I have met a great new guy, and I want to be able to move on and make a future for us together, so I told my lawyer that it's time to get this divorce on the road.
